George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. What can one say it took a bit ( looking at the ratings I thought it might take a while as I them to be expected to busy ) But when they got to me they did an amazing job in only around 6 hours , completerly removed flat roof over bay window/ front door with all edgings ect, wonderful job. Nice guy but let me down terribly. I needed 3 rooms to have new ceilings. A messy job and taking the old ones down was fine, but they ran out of time, failed to complete the job leaving gaps in the plaster on the walls and failed to skim the plaster board on the ceilings. Shocking result- they were too concerned about the large job they had and left my rooms in a shocking state.

I am qualified in several construction led courses as stated below. I am physically fit with a good head for heights and working in confined spaces. Precise, accurate and reliable hard worker with good communication skills, self motivated and confident with the ability to work as part of a team. I can take charge if required and confident to be able to lead a team. I am keen to develop and attend the relevant training programmes to learn more with a view to progressing within certain job roles, updating current skills and keeping my portfolio current. I am aware of the importance of keeping within the Health and safety regulations and the importance of using the correct PPE.
