George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Arrived on time and did what we wanted done (loft ladder). Was pleasant and polite observing current Covid rules. We have arranged for him to come back and do various other jobs.

After a week or so of back and forth as they kept cancelling, they sent 2 young lads who had 0 to little experience. Most of the work will need redone. They created alot of mess and had to use my ladders for some of the work which was not very professional and took 2 days for a few hrs of work as they couldn't do it. Their manager was very apologetic but still charged £500 for the "work" Terrible experience.
