Jose and his colleagues were extremely hardworking, reliable, polite and friendly. They completed the work in the time originally estimated with a minimum of fuss to a vey high standard. We are extremely pleased with what was achieved and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our family, friends or in fact everyone.

Martin was punctual, polite and very thorough. He has done a superb job for us laying our laminate floor and we will definitely use him again. He has a friendly attitude and worked hard and efficiently. He also made sure everything was to our satisfaction before he left and made sure that everything had been left clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. I had recently purchased a new kitchen which I was installing myself but needed someone to install the worktops. Ryan was extremely helpful in helping me ensure that everything was ready for the worktops. He was very careful in setting out the worktops which were installed to a very high standard. He made sure that everything was cleaned up as he went, leaving me with more tips and helpful advice for finishing the whole project. Would definitely use his services again and am happy to recommend him.

Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you

We were happy with the kitchen and work (apart from late start and finish / lack of communication), but the kitchen has been in for less than a year and the new floor that was laid is splitting. The underlay wasn’t installed correctly so the joints on the vinyl tiles have split. We’re going to have to have it all removed and done again, properly. Very disappointing.

Despite being told that he would contact me once he had received the parts of the window he needed, I have heard nothing for the past week. I will now need to find someone else who can get the job done. I wouldn't mind if he could not get the parts, but he has not contacted me either way, and so, I have been left wondering what is happening. I have left messages on his phone, but have heard nothing more.
