Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Dean ,gave me options over the phone just from viewing the pictures ,no one else came close to explaining. We made arrangements said he would phone on Friday and pass by to have a look, which he did then decided that it would not take to long for the work to be completed.How wrong was he but he carried on and explained what he was doing and if he had to change what he told me .would definitely use him again when the need arise.
