Attended promptly, enthusiastic about the job and did the job. Issue is he was too much in an hurry to go to the next job in London hence, did not bother much and nothing could stand in his way. He dumped and partially crushed my Jacques vert hat! Removed rug and dumped them in my front door - initially said he will cut them to pieces but he was too much in a hurry! He was suppose to fix washing machine but says there was no hot water connection but this is not right - what was missing was hot w. hose.

The tradesman failed to complete the agreed job,saying that he didn't fully understand what needed to be done for a window that needed external access / scaffolding. Admittedly he reduced the price by £60. My wife paid him. I most definitely would not have until he had completed the agreed work to my satisfaction. Lesson Learnt.
