Disappointing Experience The initial response was quick, but the job description and photos weren't thoroughly reviewed. Although the job was completed, the leak returned within days. Despite attempts, there's been no response to finish the job. We'll now have to pay another company, meaning our initial payment was wasted.

We had Phil come and fit a microchip cat flap in a upvc kitchen door. He did an excellent job, even advising on where to position it in regards to safety. He was friendly, cleared up after himself and was very reasonably priced. We would definitely use him again for other jobs that need doing.

Unfortunately I’m dissatisfied with the job S&D has done for 3 reasons: * they smeared with the cement mix all the brickwork they touched as well as the adjacent wall and the electric car charger * they left the rubble behind * they were going to leave the roof not weather sealed until I spotted and and fought for it to be mended
