Not only were they super helpful (assisting me to collect an item) but they also identified potential issues with the job as we went on and suggested cost effective remedies to ensure the finish was the highest possible spec. Work was done over two days and to a very high standard. The new doors are well built and installed and are exactly what I was looking for. Came the same day as i posted the job and was very helpful. Payment was not wanted until i was completely satisfied with the work. The job was started next day and at the end of the day the garden was left clean and tidy. Information and advice was given but no pressure was applied to do more than what was needed. The job was finished a day later to a great standard and looks fantastic.

Paint was left bubbling on the walls, had to re do myself, took my money and ran, no idea of what 'preparation' means just painted on walls no primer used, didn't use 'textured paint' as per request, had to remind him of the rail he forgot to paint. Painted over old wallpaper too... Didn't offer to put anything right left me some paint to finish job myself...
