Mo came to view the room, gave a fixed price for labour and an estimate for materials, with an agreed 10% tolerance. Mo was on time, re-confirmed all that needed to be done and completed the work to a high standard, well within budget. He asked me to inspect before finishing up and tidying. His work is of high standard, and he will not cut any corners. If you are not happy with the wall covering, he is more than happy to apply the extra coat or two. He is proud of his work, and he believes in customer satisfaction. He is not messy ,but when you handle liquid, then there is bound to be splash and droplets. He tidies up everything good.
