Daniel repaired and replaced my kitchen floor, levelling it, replacing rotten joists and floorboards, and flooring with new laminate flooring. Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

They communicated with me if bad weather stopped play etc. The render looks good and the painting of sills etc is very neat. They cleared up after themselves too. Overall got the job done but the woodwork paint peeled off after a week as was not sanded down. Alex agreed to fix the work but did not show up.
