Ben arrived on time and worked hard all day. He is knowledgeable about plants and trees. He did an excellent job,clearly enjoys his work, and was extremely pleasant, even when my husband and I couldn’t agree which branches should be cut away on our beech tree! His partner Zoe came along later to assist with clearing away, together they made a good team, and were fun to have around. We would highly recommend him, and have in fact asked him to come back to do some other work for us.

Dan came and quoted a very reasonable price to rip out our old bathroom, re tile and decorate, aswell as downstairs bathroom, and re-decorate the hall. He even plastered and filled the gaps in the walls as part of the agreed price after removing tiles. We could not be happier with the final finish, it has completely transformed our home. He worked neatly and efficiently and worked around us and our busy schedules. Will definitely use his services again and recommend him highly.

After two postponements, Aaron replaced carpet on 5 corner stairs. Carpet was left baggy on verticals and bunched up on corners. Was told this was due to carpet storage and told to let it settle and he’d come back. However we could also see 3 gaps in carpet – it’d been cut too short. There was also pile shaved on adjoining hallway carpet, scratch in stairwell woodwork and black mark on wall above. We gave feedback to Aaron; his lack of response only heightens the degree of unprofessionalism shown throughout
