Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

They communicated with me if bad weather stopped play etc. The render looks good and the painting of sills etc is very neat. They cleared up after themselves too. Charger fitted but left with wonky wiring and charger cable holder fitted upside down! Charger not reset from factory default settings, New metal fuse box fitted into existing cupboard and left not being able to access the fuses, had to remove the door to gain access to the fuses! Finally the work to the fuse box needed to remove a kitchen cupboard in doing so the cupboard feet were brocken and left to one side for me to renew . All in all although a nice guy I unfortunately couldn't recommend him..

James completed a full flat refurbishment for me. New Bathroom, new radiators, complete redecoration of all rooms inc plastering, new laminate flooring. Nothing too much trouble, turned up on time and everything finished to a high standard. Fair price for a fair job. He even came back a few weeks later to finish off some work that couldn’t be done on the original job due to late fitting by another contractor (not him!). Would happily re-hire, and have already asked for another quote
