It took him 2.5 days to install a new kitchen tap. Issues he struggled with: connection to a boiling water machine, no isolater valves, 40’ waste pipe and the hot and cold supply pipes were mixed up (lots of moaning about the previous builders), many trips to screwfix and parts purchased that were not required; in that time he did also change a Yale barrel lock.

We had Haki come in to do our laminate flooring, skirting boards and tv bracket. He was super efficient and very diligent in his work. I found that Denis to be professional, good at listening and observing what his customers need. He had a challenge in of fitting cupboards into eaves of a characterful, typically non straight lined Victorian cottage. He executed it well. He also put in a fitted wardrobe, partition walls and fitted a door and frame. Gave estimates for two jobs which I accepted, seemed pleasant and friendly, (one job had to be postponed to new year , my fault) but unfortunately he then had a terrible run of bad luck , first Saturday there was another job, second Saturday twisted ankle and third Saturday van broke down and now no response so will have to look elsewhere .
