George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. What should have been a straightforward connection of electric oven to wall spur turned out to be not the case, due most likely to a problem with the (brand new) building’s wiring - John of Eagle Service went above and beyond to try and resolve the issue, which the council have now passed on to their builders to address. We have nothing but praise for John, and would happily use him again. John was friendly, efficient, professional, on time, and a pleasure to have in to do the job.
