So I found this site and put my job on here I needed doing … two bed terraced home to have the front rendered . Nicolae called me very quickly and we agreed a price ! He and one other came over to do the job! They worked tirelessly all day and did a spectacular job! Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

Not cheap but - Came when said, identified correct roof failure (not a pot, rather lead flashing - so professional ie. didn’t uplift job), good communication, fixed when said they would and swiftly … and so far after some very heavy rain. It appears they “fixed my roof”. Plus a ten year guarantee. So you get what you pay for I guess. Hence 5 star.

Within 24hrs of the initial telephone call I had had a visit and received an email quote, the work was carried out on time and the final invoice was reduced to reflect the fact that certain work was not necessary (Mr Millins pointed this out) and the cost was removed from the bill.
