came to quote, sent a quote through, arranged a day to start the work and never turned up. We rearranged the date, he turned up, had a cup of tea, left to get materials and never came back. Now not answering my calls.

Lee did an excellent job - he rendered the back of our house and did some internal plastering, as well as sorting out some problems with guttering and a leaking chimney. He was reliable and kept us informed throughout the work. He also did an excellent job of cleaning up after the work was completed.

Sam built the brick and block walls and roof for our 40m2 first floor extension. The first thing he did was point out that a previous builder we had in had used the wrong bricks, then he found us the right ones. A good start. Always quiet, considerate, unflustered and a good choice of music. Very good at cleaning up afterwards. Brickwork is excellent: the window fitters commented on the accuracy of the openings. The price was good and was as quoted, so no nasty surprises. Highly recommended.
