A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Haven't stuck to their word, took payment, haven't finished the job, didn't turn up at the times they, didn't bring correct equipment, left the difficult to reach part of the wallpaper, why take on a job you can't do. The woman who came to the house on the last day wasn't the one I dealt with via rated and she told my mum to 'piss off'. Tried ringing Shantelle Maughan, wouldn't answer, seems to have blocked me on WhatsApp. Happy to update this review if they come back and finish job.

Footings , Extensions to Roofing , we recently attended Firestone rubber roofing course and they will insure it for 20 years through ourselves , felt has had it's day ! Spartan Construction is a new Business formed by an experienced workforce. We cover North West England but focus mainly in Lancashire and Cumbria.
Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. NOT A QUALIFIED BUILDER! Promised to complete all work in 4 days. Arrived after 11am each day. Insisted on full payment or wouldn't complete work, so I paid in full. Pergola not installed. Waited another week, I asked to be refunded for unfinished work; he refused, I Kept his tools until refunded. He threatened to destroy my garden. I returned tools but no refund given. Poor-quality work. Didn't use whacker to level ground; it was very uneven. Had to remove grass to have it relayed correctly.
