The process was explained to me really, really well and all questions answered. Dates arranged easily and to suit me. Visits very quick and effective. On their second visit, there was a tiny misunderstanding about the way forward (taking the traps away vs coming back for another visit) but it was solved with a phone call in no time at all. I highly recommend this company.

This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Good job but need to make sure you get a quote as cost negotiation may be a little tense after the job is done.
Tiled our kitchen floor and made a disgusting job of it. Floor not even, corners sticking up, uneven gaps between tiles, used all the tiles but didn't do under cooker and dishwasher as asked and measured for. Will not return to sort out the job, they've promised to come sort it twice and both times haven't showed up, now won't reply to our messages. Would've been happier putting he money down the toilet!
