New Dawn - New Garden - New Life
Carl and his fantastic team did an excellent job, relining both upper and lower ponds and the connecting stream. They created shelves where there were none before and made entry and exit to the larger pond far safer. They discussed all aspects of the work with us, listening to our requests. Returning the feisty frogs to the pond afterwards became Tim's job! They also replaced 3 large fence panels brilliantly. Overall, we would happily recommend New Dawn to anyone wanting any gardening and pond work.

Our gardeners must also do this in their own time, which is normally at the weekends when they are not gardening. Therefore, all waste removal is an extra charge from the gardening service. Had some work on our roof completed in May 2024. This was completed to a poor standard, which we only realised after problems. Michael did return to supposedly correct these issues. However, we still have a leak and parts of the flat roof are flaking off only a few months afterwards. Have tried numerous times to contact Michael with limited success. He is now completely avoiding contact either by phone or email and has failed to return and rectify the problems. Would not recommend or use again.
