An excellent tradesman! Mark responded quickly to advert, came the same day to look at the work and gave a very competitive quote. On the arranged day he arrived on time and started work immediately. The job took a day longer than anticipated (due to the building structure NOT Mark) and at the end of each day he left the site clean and tidy. I had Garry come and render the out side of the property. Top job, always told me what was going on and how they where going to do it. I would recommend them to anyone, they may not be the cheapest but pay cheap pay twice.
