We use latest dust free Sanders etc When we start the job we do not need anything from clients but just assurance that he can let us do the work as we pleased. Our expertise is more with larger project due to the fact it can be easily sprayed aswell We only undertake renovation for client who wishes best outcome with a high end finish painting so end picture looks perfect. James completed a full flat refurbishment for me. New Bathroom, new radiators, complete redecoration of all rooms inc plastering, new laminate flooring. Nothing too much trouble, turned up on time and everything finished to a high standard. Fair price for a fair job. He even came back a few weeks later to finish off some work that couldn’t be done on the original job due to late fitting by another contractor (not him!). Would happily re-hire, and have already asked for another quote
