We are a builders who carry out loft conversion and extensions along with all types of building work, we take no deposit, we send you to our last job we have completed, so you speak to customer. We are currently building a house from start to finish in Heysham which you can view, we have on board a part P electrical along with a gas safe heating engineer, we have a roofer who carry’s out all our roofing needs. All our lads are qualified and hold all certificates etc. We always send new customers to view our last jobs and lease with customer asking any questions regarding builds. Our insurance covers all aspects of all types of building works. We set out a payment plan, so payments are in stages, the last payment is when all work is completed and passed by building control.

Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price. Wouldn't hesitate to use Tom again or recommend to friends and family.

Liam is brilliant, and I can’t fault his work. Liams quote for the damp proofing was very competitive, but his professionalism and approach to the problem won him the job. Since then we have used him for three other plastering jobs in the house and just booked him for a fourth. He has been so accommodating to our requests and has worked within our schedule even working over weekends and fitting us in where he could. Liam will be the first person I call with any other plastering jobs in the future.

I’ve worked in the construction industry since I was 16. Doing complete property refurbs right back to the bare shell to complete the project. Went to college when I was 27 and served my time with Rothwells plumbing services where I learned all aspects of plumbing and heating installations. I’ve worked for various social housing providers installing wet rooms bathrooms, heating systems kitchen tiling, and many other tasks. More recently I've been providing maintenance services to landlords and schools .
Anthony was brilliant from start to finish from initial quote to coming to the job to finish. He ripped out all the poor work done by the original contractor and replaced it all with the correct materials and left the house in a clean which didn’t happen when we originally had the bathroom fitted. He come back the week after and repaired the ceiling in the living room which had been damaged by the leaking shower and now everything is done I’m so happy with all that has been done.

4 months?Done the job feb, rang you march, you gave advice and we put 2 fans on the wall for a month and rang you back to say wall didn’t dry. I’ll post all the photos up of the job including the rusted beads and beads put over the top by your lazy plasterer and let’s remember I said cancel your plasterer when you didn’t do the job I thought you were doing and pay you just for what you done. I learned my trade in Spain and became Spains Porcelanosa Specialist Tiler and a Master Tiler, I have spent 20 years working on new builds and reforms in England, Spain, Portugal and Italy where I used all types of tiles including both marble and natural stone.. and have recently returned back to the uk with my family. I do full bathroom refurbishments including plumbing, plastering and rendering.
