Brilliant AGB came out first thing assessed the damage, checked again, pointed out some possible further damage and quote was honest and fair. Then they offered to do the job the next day but I had to wait for insurance . They were very patient and gave 150% very happy

Simon did a good job laying the flooring and his cost was competitive. He was also very flexible, collecting and returning the keys to the property manager. I would definitely hire him again.
I am able to provide a service of fitting carpets/vinyl/screeding/vinyl tiles/carpet tiles/plywood/linoleum. Additional Costs: Refitting or reusing used carpet, uplifting existing flooring, patterned carpets, moving furniture and more time consuming than made out to be in the advertised post. Can also take away rubbish depending on job size which also has an additional cost.
