The service end-to-end was exceptional. I booked the work via 'ratedpeople.com'. The process for booking, cost, and follow up calls/emails was brilliant. On the day of visit the Graham the engineer called to confirm what time he would be arriving. He was professional and pleasant. I was surprised and impressed that he wore indoor protective shoe coverings, I didn't even ask :) And the job carried was fantastic.
