I found this man very unprofessional. He put my sink in the same way as it was before when I had asked for it to be changed from left to right - because he did not listen. He asked for advance payments in cash, and changed his delivery day and his work day because someone else sent him away. He had no business card and I only had a verbal estimate - his mobile phone and his bank details. He messed up my water supply by turning the isolators off, so I needed a plumber to put it right. No qualifications.!
Small independent gas engineer however I also undertake various handyman jobs ie. Building flat pack, tiling, painting (see profile for full list of jobs undertaken). I pride myself on being reliable, honest, good value and take pride in doing a good job

He came to give a quotation but it was not what I asked for. He would only do the work internally. This would be problematic because the internal waste pipe is too high. The price quoted therefore was too high. However he did arrive on time, was polite and professional.
