The job was technically difficult due to the height of the premises, our difficult location in the city centre on a narrow riverside path with major access and parking drawbacks, but Mark and his team got on with the job without any complaints. They arrived promptly, kept me informed throughout the day of progress and any extra problems they found. Turned up to do a quote and said they would get back in touch... and never did! Therefore, didn’t know what to put on the ‘quality of workmanship’ as it never had the chance to happen! Not an ideal first impression that they arrived to do a quote for boarding the loft & installing loft ladders without their own ladder in the first instance! To be fair the verbal estimated quote did sound very good (almost too good in comparison to others!) but I didn’t hear from them again. Wouldn’t recommend based on this.
