Patrick came to fix an immerser and do an EICR assessment and provide a certificate on completion. He did the former then completed the EICR but didn't leave the certificate. He then ignored my repeated calls, texts and emails to sort the problem leaving me with no option but to pay another £250 for a service I thought someone on Rated People would be vetted for. I have also since found out his company went out of business. Daylight robbery. Do not employ this provider.

We reminded him he never showed up as agreed. No apology, no update, and still no fix. We've had enough of the excuses and silence—now hiring a professional to get the job done properly.

Took on a small and awkward job to straighten an external door frame without me having to pay out for a new door. Also replaced all the door hardware. Appear to be trustworthy and reliable. Nobody else applied for the job and I would definitely use again.
David was very kind and considerate. I needed a new boiler installed as soon as possible as my old one was far too old. Not only did he remove and install a new boiler, he fixed one of my radiators while he went along with the job! He responded very quickly to my request and I had my new boiler installed in a day! I would certainly recommend and will be asking David to do more things in the flat in the future.
