He said he could do work done 2 days just up and left and said he would text me Thursday and would come on Friday and now I am left with work half done as he said he has right to council contract at any time so if I was anyone on here I would not hire as he is a con man I have contacted trading standers as he as used all my pipes and half done work and now saying we have threaten him he meant to have recorded but can't prove it so I would not hire as he told me he could do it but cause another job has call

He quoted £100,000 to do the job in 6 weeks & promised it would be stress free, At 12 weeks in He was told I no longer wanted him to complete the job as I received an electric shock from a socket that was left as a bare cable protruding from the wall. He blamed everybody else then fired the only two decent builders as he held them responsible. Even though I had paid the third stage payment a day previous, I was too distressed and my health was declining due to the anxiety and stress he had caused. Avoid!!

Had great initial quote and got the job fitted in quite quickly, job taking longer than expected due to unforeseen issues, job is still incomplete and I am to say the least very unsatisfied with the quality of the work. May now have to get someone in get quote to rectify and finish the job.

I have been involved in the electrical mechanical sound A/V and general building trades for over 35 years. I have recently joined this web site and have found some conversion work pictures for a garage conversion. General building, slate patio, blockwork, window installation, patio door installation, wiring for electronic smart shower, plumbing, Velux window installation, tiling, carport, etc Also some recent garden fence replacement work... I started out after leaving college with electrical installation and appliance repair, auto electrical work, alarm fitting, mainly fault finding and rectification with a strong sense of where problems are possible and the personality of being able to sort most issues out quickly and with the least time and disruption for all parties involved. Previous work has included listed buildings, churches, The bank of England, M O D Whitehall, country estate maintenance and security. A large volume of diverse experiance in many trades. I am extremely neat and tidy in my work, and have very high standards. I have worked for the Royal Household designing and fitting lighting for the queen in St James palace. Jon painted our whole house to a very high standard. Emulsion all walls and ceilings plus gloss all woodwork. He started when promised and finished on time. He tidied up everyday and now we can make our house a home. Would recommend him to everyone and we will definitely use him again.
