Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. I got my flat roof repaired because it leaked, guess what, it still leaks. Futhermore. I've now got a damaged ceiling with holes in. These guys haven't returned any of my messages since 24th Oct. They've taken £450 for guttering and facia, which wasn't completed. I have text messages and videos of rain coming sent to them, if anyone would like to see them
