I've been in the trade for 35 years, Our main business includes house renovations and conversions, completing jobs such as converting 3 bedroom houses into 5 bedroom houses including en suites, We also complete corporate work including office renovations. Shaun and the Team did a great job for me the house has been fully referbished to a very high standard. New bathroom walk in shower new ceiling in hall ,all decorated throughout. New Kitchen-Diner-Lounge and Extension excellent.

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. We were very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this family team!

Not all walls had finish skim, plaster came of in many places when touched with paint or filler. Left many dried streaks of PVA down newly plastered wall. Little respect for property. Ignored several requests to make good. Cost of repairs to plastered area and other parts of property will be more than double job cost, whether this be labour or materials. 2 stars are for first days where walls finished to a better standard on the whole.

Greg was very pleasent , very puntual on the inital appointment and the day he came to do our work. Very tidy and made a good deal of effort to cover up our furnishings etc to protect it from dust. I have worked in both the construction industry and in the private sector for over 20 years having developed a wide range of skills and expertise. I particularly specialise in the causes of damp, damp- proofing solutions, plaster boarding/plastering. Bricklaying (internal and external), blockwork and stud walling. I have also successfully undertaken work in many areas of home and garden improvement/repair/maintenance, a selection including - the installation of skirting boards, internal door adjustments and re-hanging doors, laying laminate and engineered wood flooring and the assembly of flat-pack furniture. Removal and replacement of guttering, drainpipes, fascia and soffits. Decking, garden walling, handrails, patios and steps to accommodate sloping gardens. Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.

8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.
