New Dawn - New Garden - New Life
Carl and his fantastic team did an excellent job, relining both upper and lower ponds and the connecting stream. They created shelves where there were none before and made entry and exit to the larger pond far safer. They discussed all aspects of the work with us, listening to our requests. Returning the feisty frogs to the pond afterwards became Tim's job! They also replaced 3 large fence panels brilliantly. Overall, we would happily recommend New Dawn to anyone wanting any gardening and pond work.

I had worked with my father doing plumbing and by the time I was 13 years old I was a part time partner in his company, I further went to college and qualified in level 2 NVQ Plumbing and had carried a full-term apprenticeship, creating a portfolio. Once finishing my qualifications I became a full time partner in my father’s general building company which entailed doing, extensions, refurbs, plumbing and heating, kitchen & bathroom refurbishments, new builds, roofing and lead work. We ran the company together for a further 8 years on top of his 45 years of quality construction. I hired Lorring Group Ltd to install an aluminum garden gate and paid a 50% deposit upfront as per their invoice . Unfortunately, the work was never carried out, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have received no resolution or refund for the deposit. The lack of communication and failure to honor their commitment has been incredibly disappointing. As a customer, I trusted them to deliver the service agreed upon, but instead, I have been left out of pocket. I cannot recommend this company.
