He removed all the turf from my front garden and replaced it with a weed membrane and stone chippings and now it looks amazing. It was all done very quickly. Very polite and friendly. Did the work I asked for. Left it looking much tidier. And the garden was a mess. My only little niggle was I asked for the lawn edge to be trimmed but he did not have any shears on him. Otherwise no problems. Took all the rubbish away. I will have him back to do maintenance on the garden in the future.

Sam built the brick and block walls and roof for our 40m2 first floor extension. The first thing he did was point out that a previous builder we had in had used the wrong bricks, then he found us the right ones. A good start. Always quiet, considerate, unflustered and a good choice of music. Very good at cleaning up afterwards. Brickwork is excellent: the window fitters commented on the accuracy of the openings. The price was good and was as quoted, so no nasty surprises. Highly recommended.
