Richard fitted a new unvented hot water tank for us in our loft. He was very professional with the quotation and booking the install, and the tank and pipework undertaken looks really well thought out, well fitted and organised. The work was completed in the 3 day schedule anticipated except for one minor glitch with the smart controller which was sorted first thing the next morning. The rating was given for the redurb of bathroom however we needed a pump as the shower was not powerful enough . He ordered it and came to fit it .Within 3 days it was blowing fuses every time we used it . Told there was a fault and the supplier would send another. Unfortunately we have not seen the plumber since he has avoided calls txt ect resulting in us paying another £400 and my husband connected it not Happy
