We recently had our subfloor replaced and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The carpenter was friendly, professional, and clearly very skilled. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure the work was carried out to a high standard. The new subfloor is solid, level, and has made a huge difference to the room. It's great to find a tradesperson who is reliable, turns up when they say they will, and takes pride in their work. I would highly recommend him!!

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. I will be definitely be using their services again! Brilliant job, thank you.

Absolutely delighted with the work from MM Perfect House. Michael was excellent throughout, always helpful, obliging and happy to answer all my queries. Pablo who completed the work, was friendly, polite, hardworking and always on time. Over four days he stripped wallpaper, repaired and prepared walls, sanded, and painted the walls and woodwork to an excellent standard. He worked methodically, left everything spotless each day, and the finish exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

An outstanding trades person. I posted the job in February but had to save up before the work could be done. Phil waited and he did the work for me in June. The weather was very hot but that didn't stop Phil from getting on with the job ,nor did problems he encountered .. He is a problem solver and repaired the problem before finishing his own job and he cleaned up at the end of each day. 5 stars .
