Ian was the only gas engineer to respond to my post & he did so very promptly. He carried out the work swiftly & efficiently. The gas fire required a new part which he ordered that day & he returned the next day to complete the work at a reasonable cost. Many gas engineers shy away from fixing gas fires, so finding Ian was a relief. He is diligent & reliable & I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.

Mo came and surveyed what was needed. Then quoted. Had a team he said would be fast and thorough.paid 40% deposit He did not discuss and liaise with other trades working on house. This Caused problems. Ended up flooding both up and downstairs with full radiators left on sides draining onto laminate. floors. Floors ruined and had to be removed and I face 8/10k to replace. Broke fibre optics cable. Refused to accept responsibility for any of the errors and mistakes. Dreadful experience and nothing but stress.

Silvio and Vacili were very quick to respond after job post, quote and begin our bathroom refurbishment from an initial shower room to new bathroom refurb which involved replacing shower cubicle with a family bath instead. Friendly and hardworking guys, checking in on our preferences for the installation along the way. Toilet relocation needed tricky plumbing but they were confident and got the job done. I had thought about what may have caused the problem. Explained this to Carma and fixed an appointment. Turned up as promised, and had obviously prepared to find and apply a solution. Began diagnosis..Explained at every step what he was checking. A sound diagnosis depends on a systematic investigation. Soon found a possible solution, cleared away any other possible causes. Found fault, set up replacement of faulty part. Checked this would provide the solution. And made the change, Spot on Very tidy work.
