My major responsibilities and focus are to make sure that my clients are safe and secure, as a result of this , I have full knowledge and confidence for all the safety code and modern procedures required me to ensure that my clients are danger free in their property anytime I work there.

The rating was given for the redurb of bathroom however we needed a pump as the shower was not powerful enough . He ordered it and came to fit it .Within 3 days it was blowing fuses every time we used it . Told there was a fault and the supplier would send another. Unfortunately we have not seen the plumber since he has avoided calls txt ect resulting in us paying another £400 and my husband connected it not Happy
