I did not know him but read his reviews online which were all good. He communicated honestly and I felt reassured so I paid an agreed deposit amount on the first day. Nic and his colleague removed all the old concrete slabs and replaced them with attractive ceramic ones along with the manhole lids. They worked hard and left the site very clean and tidy. Lewis and colleagues did a nice job of my new roof and have guaranteed the work for 10 years. The work would have been completed in a very reasonable timeframe but there was a slight delay due the wait time for a new window to go on my dorner. So in the end I asked for the roof and dormer to be finished without the new window.
