He only phoned me back after I had downgraded my review on here (to help others). And then he had the cheek to say - “well since you’ve left me 1* I’m not bothering to fix the leak”. Started great. Was very receptive and willing to come over to look at our project, the quote was good and he did a good job at working towards our budget. But then when it came to paying, I asked for PayPal details so I can get him instant money for buying materials and he just said forget it and told me to find someone else. He also took on a big project the week after mine that would take him away for 3-4 months. Really unprofessional. It’s a shame as I was hopeful as he came across like a nice guy.
