Came yesterday two guys, paid £700 in cash , as they asked for only cash payment roughly 1.5 to 2 hours job.they said they were giving me two years warranty on the work they have done. No warranty has been given to me .Apparently uncle and nephew. As soon as they got paid they cleaned off. Lest gutters full of debris. Not happy with standard of the job. I don’t even know the quality of the job. They came through this Webb. But the logo on their work clothing was Essential Roffing . Name Stuart and George.

John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,
