Polite and friendly. Pleased with the job. Gave a reasonable and realistic price so I didn't bother getting other quotes. No nonsense, no waffle. Completed within a week of accepting the quote. I will need another fence doing soon but I can't afford at the moment but will use J&M again for that one.

A fantastic job by Adam who, on his own, widened existing window and door gaps, fitted new window/door, re-skimmed walls and ceilings (including removing artex and beams from the ceiling), decorated, tiled and fitted a new kitchen supplied by us (including the installation of gas hob, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher) and laid a new floor. Adam is excellent value for money and extremely reliable. Highly recommended!

Dan did a great job working through a varied list of jobs that had needed doing for a while. Worked hard, good at solving problems, always asked if unsure about anything. Not sure you could want much more. Thoroughly good guy as well.

Andrew and the team from Bathstone were absolutely brilliant! They refurbished a shed into a games room, with new foundations, roof, doors, rewired, plumbing, installed pool table, bar and floor. He helped me with the design of the job, was flexible as the work progressed, and came up with some great solutions. Work was top quality; I couldn't be happier with the end product. Most importantly , Andrew is a really decent guy - honest, reliable and someone you can really trust. Cannot recommend more highly.

as mentioned in my previous comment but not elaborated on ,the ' problem ' was blistering of the plaster that was already evident before the decorating started.

I've got great communication with Neil and his work is fast and tidy. His team have brought an unruly garden under control extremely fast and I'm looking forward to him keeping all the grounds looking great over the coming seasons.

I was very pleased with the whole process, I posted the job, Anthony responded, was in the area and came straight round. He was able to fix my front door there and then. He was very thorough and very knowledgable.
