John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!

Mar came to my home and was extremely polite and professional and was very willing to do any garden work I asked him to do. He removed all the turf from my front garden and replaced it with a weed membrane and stone chippings and now it looks amazing. It was all done very quickly. These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.
