Despite receiving a phone call to discuss times, no one turned up. The weather was fine but he failed to turn up. I waited from 8am the start time we had agreed. He appears to be completely unreliable and totally thoughtless. Had he phoned and said there was a problem I would have understood but to be left waiting for no apparent reason is unacceptable.

I've never met a less reliable tradesman in my life. Let me down 3 times so I've still got the job he was supposed to start 3 weeks ago. First time he text me the night before with an excuse, the second time a week later he said I hadn't confirmed even though I'd text him about the job the day before. The last time he failed to turn up was after I'd already foolishly given him the benefit of the doubt twice. He had said "100%, it's in my diary" before failing to show.
