Complete nonsense. The purpose of the job as listed was water not being taken away and thus leaking to the room below.The small roof was completely refelted twice as the first attempt was taking water away from the downpipe. After the dry summer it started pouring through the ceiling in Dec.You said the felt had failed and painted over it,It still leaks. Ken said there was a 10 year guarantee from the start and you are now in breach of contract, to which I will be seeking legal representation and damages.
