If I could give more stars I would.Viktor came out to look at job and from just meeting him I knew we would have him to do our work.He is polite and friendly.Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive either.They tiled my hall and kitchen walls.The work him and his team did was amazing.They work very hard and get it done quickly.We are so pleased with his work we are getting him back to do our shower room.I would recommend V t Builders to anyone.Thank you again Viktor.

Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. We agreed the work. The guys were available quickly. After starting, they needed to borrow my wheelbarrow, SDS drill and crow bar. Midway, they suggested the job should change as all the damaged patio tiles under the gutter outlet were not damaged by water run off, but the cement beneath them being too hard. The grout they put in washed away. They came and fixed it.

NML Contracts combines over 60 years of experience in the construction industry. Specialising in bathroom and kitchen transformations, we are experienced in all areas of the industry including office interiors, school washrooms, bespoke receptions, partitioning, tea points, structural alterations, garage conversions, etc .Nigel and Barry Lawrence are descendants of the Lawrence family builders of Maidstone; (R. Lawrence & sons) which began building and contracting in 1903. CSCS cards (Construction safety) and DRB checks held, plus all necessary liability insurances . City and Guilds trained at Bucks University College in cabinet making. Recommendation "We have recently employed NML Contracts to undertake work on our house of a challenging nature and for which the usual jobbing builder and plumber declined to quote. NML Contracts have demonstrated skills and initiative in dealing with the unexpected and produced a thoroughly satisfactory and pleasing result which has materially improved the attractiveness and serviceability of the house . The work included incorporating a porch into the lounge area , requiring an RSJ some 4.4m in length, In the course of construction t was found that the roof was concrete and was supported by the outer skin of the house, whereas the roof of the house was conventional timber and was supported by the inner skin. It was therefore necessary to use the RSJ to support the concrete and provide suitable timber supports for the main roof . This was done most expertly and quickly and was approved by the building inspectors. All energy conservation requirements were fully met . The work also included two en suite bathrooms for which pumped drainage was necessary " Satisfied customer , D.G.W.

I was very impressed with Billy and his colleagues. They were professional, friendly, polite, helpful and reliable. Billy talked me through the problems he found with my roof and gave me several options and prices. We agreed the work and the dates to start and despite the terrible 'Best from the East' weather he managed to complete the job in a good time. I was impressed at the quality of work (very neat) and the tidying up afterwards. Thank you Billy & friends for an excellent job well done!
