Mo came to view the room, gave a fixed price for labour and an estimate for materials, with an agreed 10% tolerance. Mo was on time, re-confirmed all that needed to be done and completed the work to a high standard, well within budget. He asked me to inspect before finishing up and tidying. He listened to what I wanted but also added expertise on how best to design the bathroom. He also had a little look at my leaky boiler which was kind and I really appreciated that. Just dropped a star because of waste collection issue but other than that I would hire again and Thankyou so much!

8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.
