Derek was very helpful and gave a sensible quote for our job. However we also looked elsewhere, including the contactor who landscaped the garden originally - four years ago, and have asked them to do the work. We are very grateful to Derek for his interest, and coming to look at the job. But cannot give a proper rating since he did not actually do any work for us. There is no N/A option on the feedback report. So this matter is now closed.

The tradesman failed to complete the agreed job,saying that he didn't fully understand what needed to be done for a window that needed external access / scaffolding. Admittedly he reduced the price by £60. My wife paid him. I most definitely would not have until he had completed the agreed work to my satisfaction. Lesson Learnt.

Matt I judged your teams workmanship on what they did, I could saw straighter blind folded, they damaged the roof so I have had to have a new roof. I looked at your other reviews and Yes they are good, but I am judging you on what you did for me and failed to turn up three times on agreed dates. Your team took money from me when you should only take money when the job is completed. Thank you for my money but that took over a week to be returned and I had to keep texting you for it, I should not have to!
