It took the Bristol Fascia Company 5 months longer than the agreed 4 to 6 week completion date given on the contract we signed when we paid our deposit. All these months I had to make phone call after phone call to them. They came to measure our windows for the secondary glazing they had recommended themselves 4 times in total and cancelled the installation twice. Only when I threatened with legal action did they finally come to install the product (which only took them 2 hours to do). Appalling service.

Myles Farrell did an excellent job at my apartment. Extremely hard working and reliable. He looked at the fine details and performed all work that is necessary. He did not even claim a deposit prior to work when I offered, which is highly commendable. He finished the job on time. I would say its really hard to find such an incredible hard working person. I would certainly hire him again for any future work and would highly recommend him for all.
