Job was well done but promised an unwritten gaurantee and all I've got to show for it is a number to call if there are any issues! Not what was agreed which is a shame. Can't give a potential buyer of my house a phone number in a year to prove the roof is new!

I phoned Pav mid morning last Sunday to assemble some wardrobes. He was at the house within 3 hours of me calling. He has done an excellent job and they do look really good. Hi I have been a joiner for a little over 10 years now, I did my apprenticeship as a bench joiner so attention to detail is key for me. Me and Oskar my apprentice always finish jobs to a high standard. As with Stuart my painter who's eye for detail is second to none We have public liability so are insured for all jobs we take on. Mark (MSW Joinery) came out the day after I posted the add, to survey the job. He gave me a very reasonable quote and time frame to complete the works I wanted. Just a few days later the job was completed. I’m very happy with the entire process with Mark not to mention the actual works. did the job well re shower tray that was leaking. iwas let down by a coupie of other traders , but JozsefBUILDER AND TILING came out said they could do the job quoted me avery reasonable price, .fixed the leaking shower tray and were very efficient and polite would definetly reccomend them and would hire them again

Hi I’m neil from nc roofing I’m new to rated people we we have people on are team with 15 -25 year experience , we cover all aspects of roofing from fixing broken slates and leaking gutter to full re roofs there’s no job to small and most certainly we cover it all ,, we will give you friendly free advice ,and a free quotation there’s a couple of bad ratings on my account due to fake leads being added buy dud names and people just leaving a bad review and work was. Not even undertaken
Replaced fascia panels on roof, lasted just over 7 months, blew off with storm. Advised put on wrong, glued on in places and missing bricks & repointing was needed prior to being put on, was not advised this needed doing. Requested invoice, never received.
