Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. Alex came for a free quote with a colleague and they were really detailed and quickly followed up with a quote they put extra man power onto a job they were already doing in order to start the work I needed done straight away. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. We advertised the job on a Tuesday, Jason was the first person to contact us. We got 2 other quotes and Jason's quote was in-line with the others. The scaffolding was put up on Friday afternoon and Jason said we could keep it for as long as we needed. Once we were done, we called him on Monday and he collected it on Saturday afternoon. Very easy, good quality, good communication, very nice guys! They even touched up the paint where the scaffolding was in the way and we couldn't reach. Thank you! - Lena&Will

Stephan arrived on time, listened carefully to my requests and made excellent recommendations where necessary. He went on to complete each task excellently well and at a considerable charge. I am very satisfied with his work and attitude to work; particularly his tidiness. He never left any mess around.
The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.
All work done for me by KD construction was excellent. Work men are very polite and friendly. I would recommend KD constructions to all my friends.
