Martin responded quickly to fix the problem with our conservatory roof and repaired it the next day. He communicated efficiently and was courteous and friendly and offered other advice on our garage roof. Happy to recommend him.

We are very happy with polelectric we had our bungalow re-wired by mirek and his team, the price was quoted and it was the price I paid, the work was completed to a good standard, the workers were on time and turned up every day for 5 days, they were all polite and professional. I would use them again and have already recommended them to my brother in law.,

Not just a builder/joiner but a good project manager and a genuine nice guy. James knocked down our wall between our kitchen and dining room and then fitted our new kitchen with new floor. The job was of high quality and was done within the time frame set out. James sorted out the plumber and plasterers and if there was an issue with one of my tradesmen (electrician) James was always on hand to provide advice and a solution to the problem. Great set of lads and will use again in the future if needed!

Lee Howard did a first class job fencing our garden and selecting and planting suitable shrubs plus garden furniture. The garden and fence now attract oohs and aahs from everyone who sees them. Lee is a tremendously likable person who takes immense pride in his work. You can trust him and leave him and his team to get on with the work. Chris did a fantastic job of replacing my old fence panels with new one's, price was very fair, it wasn't a straight forward job and he didn't stop until it was perfect, kept me informed every step of the way, cleaned everything up and took away all the old fencing panels, would highly recommend Chris and would not hesitate to use him again for any future work

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.
