This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. However, having chosen 1st choice as my preferred supplier over others that got in contact I am confident that I my decision was fully justified. Everything about the whole experience ranging from their first contact to invoicing me was excellent. I highly recommend this company and when I move, I wouldn't hesitate in using them again. First time I have used rated people website and had just 1 reply. Apple Carpentry though have been great. We needed to have 2 large windows in a 1930s house replaced but didn't want to have UPVC. Communication from the Company was excellent and the finished product is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to have a high quality joinery project completed. Our windows look amazing and are exact copy of the old frames and they also managed to use the original lead glass.

Ray is a really thorough tradesman. He explained everything clearly when he came to assess the work that needed doing and answered my many questions in detail and nothing was too much bother for him to go through. He also looked at everything in properly which I liked and I gave him the job. My instincts were great and he has communicated with me really well throughout the process and his paper work was great. His workmanship is excellent and he tidies up everything and left everything clean and tidy.

The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

We had water damage to our bedroom ceiling and down stairs wall. Kyle came out and sorted the problem. From start to finish Kyle was absolutely incredible nothing was too much trouble he offered friendly advice and gave an explanation as to everything he did. I can’t recommend him enough the work he has done is top notch.
